1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ljbet ("ljbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ljbet website located at ljbet.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3.Account Registration

To access the full range of ljbet services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all ljbet accounts:

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the ljbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ljbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ljbet Platform without the prior written consent of ljbet.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ljbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ljbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ljbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10.Responsible Gaming

11.Account Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that ljbet reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination of an account for cause, ljbet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their ljbet account at any time by contacting ljbet's customer support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

12.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ljbet Platform.

ljbet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
